This project is part of a competition proposal for the transformation of the area around the “Sv. Vrach” residence near Sandanski — a city known for its unique natural features, strategic location, and growing tourism.
The building is integrated into the terrain and the existing structures, adding functional value and strategic potential to the site. Supporting facilities include a snack bar, both underground and surface parking, and service areas that enable year-round use and a variety of activities.
The complete project proposal will be published in phases, with each zone presented in the context of the full concept.
