Access
The access to the house is entirely separated from the main road, enabling the simultaneous parking of more than one car without disrupting the traffic. Beyond the property limits, cars can be parked close to the pedestrian entrance of the yard, while inside, there are designated spaces for at least 4 additional cars.
Functionality
The house boasts a dedicated entertainment area on the first floor, perfect for cocktail parties and evening events, with direct access to outdoor relaxation spots tucked under the canopies. On this level, you'll also find three individual bedrooms, each equipped with its own wardrobe and private bathroom.
Moving up to the second floor, you'll discover even more spacious master bedrooms, separated from a serene lounge area, all adorned with the prestige of the mesmerizing seaside landscape.
The access to the pool, as well as to the adjacent building, is direct, with just a few steps' height difference. The neighboring auxiliary building is designed for hosting larger outdoor gatherings, so characteristic and essential during the carefree summer days by the sea. It features a substantial table and an outdoor barbecue, perfect for enjoyable al fresco meals. The building doesn't accommodate bedrooms but primarily comprises spacious living areas, a well-equipped kitchen, and convenient restroom facilities for a refreshing break after a swim in the pool.
Moreover, in close proximity to the pool, there is an open-air fireplace, creating a warm and inviting atmosphere for cooler evenings, which we eagerly await with the arrival of autumn.
