To preserve this connection, the house’s design features a large vehicle passage beneath the main structure, leading to a spacious monolithic gazebo located above the riverbed. The property is richly landscaped with lawns and a variety of plants, making it perfect for recreation.
Division
The house is divided into two levels, with the main access on the ground floor. A graceful spiral staircase, bathed in light from the roof glazing, leads to the lower level, which opens directly onto the backyard. The upper level is designed with sloped ceilings to maximize the utilization of the site’s natural advantages.
Upstairs
On the upper ground floor, all primary rooms are located in the “day” and “night” zones, which are separated but connected by a spacious entrance hall with a gallery view of the elegant staircase leading to the lower level. The “day” zone is visually open and can be seen from the entrance. It is primarily oriented to the north, offering views of the property’s natural features, while the “night” zone, consisting of a master bedroom and a bedroom for children or guests, is deliberately separated visually. Due to its less frequent use, the windows are oriented towards the courtyard of the house. Despite this orientation, the master bedroom boasts a distinctive feature—two windows facing the forest, creating a cozy nook for relaxation or reading.
Downstairs
The lower ground level is equally important in terms of function. In addition to secondary rooms such as the garage, technical room, storage, and gardener’s room, the -3.52 level also includes two generously-sized bedrooms with en-suite bathrooms, a wine cellar for connoisseurs of fine wine, and a completely separate fitness and spa area overlooking an inner courtyard.
