We have crafted a complex of 9 individual summer houses, nestled in the resort village of Sozopoli, Greece, overlooking the serene Thessaloniki Gulf on the Aegean Sea. Each house has been thoughtfully designed to offer unobstructed views of the mesmerizing sea from both the bedrooms and the living areas. Moreover, the ground-level living rooms in each house boast a private swimming pool that seamlessly merges with the breathtaking panorama. Strategically situated on the western coast of Halkidiki, our complex enjoys a prime location, merely 45 minutes by car from the vibrant city of Thessaloniki and a convenient 30-minute drive from the airport. The area is renowned for its flourishing tourism and pristine beaches, making it an ideal destination for those seeking a perfect blend of tranquility and leisure.

Exterior

The facades feature a captivating interplay of negative and positive protruding elements. Expansive balconies gracefully cast shade over the poolside areas, providing ample comfort during the sweltering heat.

Drawing inspiration from the timeless allure of Greek architecture, we have retained the classic white hue for the facades, which exudes an aura of elegance. Additionally, to ensure a refreshing ambiance during the sizzling summer days, we adorned the ground levels with meticulously crafted crushed stone.

To infuse a sense of warmth and coziness, the second floors of these dynamic coastal retreats are adorned with tastefully designed wooden slats, adding a touch of rustic charm that complements the surrounding natural beauty.

Interior

The interior is designed with a bright and spacious color palette, harmonizing with the exterior's stone accents that seamlessly blend into the indoor space. To infuse a touch of warmth into the overall aesthetic, we have incorporated wood elements into both the built-in and movable furniture.

Cooling sensations of the summer house are further enhanced by the carefully chosen tiles and marble surfaces, which complement the overall design. The seamless integration of natural materials brings a sense of tranquility and connection with nature to the interior.

With a perfect blend of aesthetics and comfort, the interior exudes a welcoming atmosphere, creating a cozy and inviting retreat to be enjoyed throughout the seasons.

Living rooms

Despite the desire for a unified appearance and the use of similar materials, the villas distinguish themselves significantly from one another in terms of movable furniture and overall layout. This deliberate approach creates the necessary uniqueness, allowing each villa's inhabitants to experience a distinct taste compared to other users in the complex. The decorative accents throughout the interior pay homage to the iconic Greek ornament known as the "meander," symbolizing the cycle of life.
