Embassy Homes is a six-story residential building in central Sofia. It’s designed to deliver clarity, comfort, and control—three qualities that define high-standard urban living. This was CAST Studio’s first completed residential project and a direct execution of the investor’s motto: “Professionals’ touch.”
The façade balances restraint and rhythm. Light ceramic panels, dark metal accents, and gold detailing shape a layered architectural relief. A distinctive vertical grille marks the building’s edge—serving both as a buffer and a brand signature.
Inside, each apartment is planned for light, air, and function. Day areas face south. Bedrooms are placed to the north. The building includes underground parking with two spots per unit, generous floor-to-ceiling heights, and radiant floor heating. The top-floor penthouse offers a full-circle terrace with private elevator access.
Ground-level units open to gardens, offering the intimacy of a house within a city block. Embassy Homes isn’t just residential—it’s a blueprint for living well in Sofia.
