HOTEL POMORIE

Hotel Pomorie is a large-scale 5-star hospitality development located on the southern coast of Pomorie — a town known for its historical significance, preserved old town, and high tourism potential. The project occupies a strategic position directly adjacent to the beach and within walking distance of key cultural and historical landmarks. With a total area of 15,000 m², the conceptual design balances scale, functionality, and long-term adaptability.

The design approach prioritizes spatial clarity, circulation efficiency, and the integration of guest services across different zones. Public and private functions are clearly defined to ensure operational performance without compromising guest experience. Views toward the sea are maximized across levels, with carefully oriented volumes that respond to the site’s geometry and context.

Located within the old town fabric, the building massing is calibrated to remain respectful to the scale and rhythm of the surroundings, while meeting the requirements of a modern hospitality program. Materials and façade articulation are chosen to reflect durability, ease of maintenance, and compatibility with the coastal environment.

This early-stage concept establishes the groundwork for a high-performance hospitality asset with long-term value — both for operators and for the town’s urban and cultural development.
