House /07, The House in the Forest occupies a sharply sloped site with dense vegetation. Two interconnected volumes organize the program, with elevated entrance and living areas designed with increased ceiling heights. A veranda strengthens indoor-outdoor continuity. Upper bedrooms and the garage “float” above the slope, offering panoramic views toward Sofia. Roof and façade openings maximize daylight and visual connection with the forest. Terracing, careful form development, and material selection ensure the home is both sustainable and harmoniously integrated into the site.
