Bellevue Residence II is a benchmark in shared residential interiors—designed to express quiet luxury through precision, contrast, and purpose. CAST Studio was responsible for the complete design of all common areas, including the main entrance, foyer, waiting lounge, restrooms, and coffee station. The project earned the 2016 "Building of the Year" award, affirming the strength of its architectural identity inside and out.

The foyer is central to the spatial experience, acting as a junction between entrances A and B. Despite the challenge of low ceilings, the space maintains a generous presence. Mirrored ceiling panels reflect light and geometry, visually lifting the height of the room. Custom-built elements appear to hover—elevating the experience of entry without adding bulk.

Milled MDF wall panels with black framing reinforce the material rhythm and guide visitors through the space. Each entrance door is marked with a minimal letterform, allowing navigation to remain intuitive and understated.

The corridors maintain a strict visual clarity. Wood wainscoting adds warmth without distraction and connects directly to the apartment doors in tone and detail. This continuity reinforces the architectural language and avoids over-design.

The waiting lounge breaks from the foyer’s reflective coolness. Wrapped in natural wood, it creates a tactile, intimate environment. Seating is generous and deliberate. A living wall of moisture-loving plants adds a quiet reminder of the nearby park—softening the geometry with organic life.

Every element is grounded in function. No ornament is arbitrary. Bellevue Residence II reflects a belief that shared spaces should speak with the same precision and intent as private interiors.
