Situated in the Pancharevo area, Kambanite – Housing Estate is a collection of ten detached residences, each with its own architectural character and spatial logic. The master plan preserves the natural vegetation, integrating the buildings harmoniously within the terrain. Streets are minimized and designed as shared zones, ensuring balance between pedestrian comfort and vehicular access. Among the residences, House /04, Dwelling House stands out with its balanced composition and refined spatial organization. The home is developed on two levels, with the lower one partially embedded into the sloped terrain. This allows functional placement of garages, storage, and service rooms below ground, while maintaining direct access to light-filled living spaces above.

The main entrance is elevated above an L-shaped exterior staircase, leading to a gallery-style veranda. The veranda accommodates outdoor seating and creates a smooth transition between inside and outside. The foyer acts as the central axis of the upper level, visually connecting two verandas — one facing the inner courtyard, the other framing panoramic views of the surroundings.

The floor plan is clearly divided between day and night zones. The living area is open and luminous, featuring a large dining space and a lounge designed for gatherings. The kitchen, positioned to the north, enjoys daylight through a window above the counter — a detail both practical and pleasant.
