House /09 responds to a pronounced western slope and eastern clusters of evergreen trees. Terracing allows the house to unfold over two levels that follow the natural gradient. The western roof rises into a single-pitch form, shaping interior hierarchy, while a recessed southern volume creates a covered veranda linking living and bedroom areas. Roof and façade openings maximize daylight penetration and maintain visual continuity with the landscape. Energy-efficient materials and the shared street plan reinforce the estate’s sustainable philosophy. Interior spaces are clearly zoned, open, and designed for comfort, blending contemporary architecture with natural integration.
