The interior concept for GRAND Park & Living was developed as a continuation of the landscape surrounding the complex — positioned between the sea and the newly created park of St. St. Constantine and Helena resort. The project explores the relationship between architecture, atmosphere, and materiality through spaces designed to create a natural transition between exterior and interior.
The common areas are conceived as immersive, wellness-oriented environments defined by natural materials, filtered light, and integrated greenery. Travertine flooring, dark wood surfaces, reflective stainless-steel ceilings, and vertical green walls create a layered spatial experience shaped by reflection, depth, and changing natural light throughout the day. The ceiling installation becomes a central architectural element, subtly referencing the movement of water and the thermal identity of the complex.
The residential interiors extend the same architectural language through soft geometries, warm material palettes, and controlled detailing. Open layouts maximize natural light and strengthen the connection to the surrounding environment, while integrated storage systems and carefully balanced lighting contribute to a calm and functional living atmosphere. Transparent spatial dividers introduce separation without interrupting continuity, allowing the spaces to remain visually open and fluid.
Across the lobby spaces, circulation areas, and residential interiors, the project maintains a consistent material and spatial logic. Public zones are more open and representative, while the apartments are designed to feel quieter, softer, and more intimate — creating a natural transition between collective and private living environments.
